"IF IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU, DON’T MAKE IT ABOUT YOU. IF IT IS ABOUT YOU, DO BETTER." Really good post. Long read, but worth it. It's all very good, but I found the part about attacking vs. challenging to be especially well put.
