A friend shared this with me, and I appreciate it greatly. When white people don't like discussions about race, or worse, insist that these must be free of emotion from people of color, I get angry. In fact, I want to demand "How are you NOT angry about all the injustices that you just get to pretend don't exist because you don't have to live with them constantly???" Really good read.
