Pair seeking thief attack Santa Rosa newspaper carrier

This was, at least in part, a racially motivated attack. Some of my WG neighbors assumed a non-white person in a van was casing our neighborhood, and it turned out to be a newspaper delivery person. Suspicion by whites toward people of color in predominantly white neighborhoods is still a very real problem.
